DonHattan Chevrolet is booked for repairs and looking to grow! We are looking for an experienced, friendly, motivated person to fill our Express Service Advisor Position. Primary duties include scheduling appointments, checking in vehicles, recommending additional maintenance services, and building ongoing relationships with customers. This is an Express Service Advisor position, and is best suited to someone who has
prior customer-service or account management experience, and a desire to grow within a company.

Service Advisor Compensation and Benefits

No cap on commissions, and opportunities for advancement (Mainline advisers earn up to 105k annually!)

Service Advisor Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Service Advisor Requirements
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
Past experience in customer service, account management, team management, or similar roles strongly preferred!
Very energetic personality
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
