Express Service Advisor
Don Hattan Chevrolet is growing, and we are seeking a high-energy Express Service Advisor to join our team! This position focuses on assisting customers who are visiting our shop for quick maintenance services like oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs. If you are a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role, and you have the energy and drive to upsell maintenance services, this is the perfect opportunity for you. What You'll Do: Warmly greet customers and quickly build rapport Gather customer and vehicle information during check-in Recommend maintenance services based on mileage, history, and manufacturer guidelines Confidently upsell additional products and services to enhance vehicle performance and safety Communicate clearly and persuasively, keeping customers informed throughout their visit Ensure invoices match completed services and explain all work to customers in a friendly, easy-to-understand way Collaborate with teammates to keep workflow smooth and customers satisfied What We're Looking For: Outgoing, high-energy personality with a passion for connecting to people Strong communication skillsfast, fluent, and persuasive Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with lots of customer interaction A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service Experience in service writing, customer service, or sales is strongly preferred Integrity, optimism, and enthusiasm for teamwork Computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Compensation & Benefits: Unlimited earning potentialbase salary + commissions puts you in control of your income.
