Rightmove Commercial is the part of our business dedicated to helping commercial agents and landlords, by giving them market‑leading advertising solutions, unique data insights and powerful digital tools. As an Account Manager you’ll play a key role in growing client relationships, influencing their success on our platforms, and driving meaningful impact across a dynamic and evolving industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Win new business: Proactively target and acquire commercial agents in your region, introducing them to the value of advertising their properties on Rightmove.
Grow strong partnerships: Manage both newly acquired and existing customers with regular face‑to‑face meetings, upselling across our product suite and ensuring long‑term success.
Own the sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation through to conversion, take responsibility for building opportunities and achieving revenue growth.
Lead with insight: Use performance data and market trends to guide conversations, run impactful review meetings, and help customers understand both their own business and the wider market.
Deliver excellence: Ensure every account has a clear understanding of our products and pricing, providing tailored, value‑added solutions that drive results.
Collaborate for impact: Work closely with our Telephone Account Managers (TAMs) and New Business Consultants (NBCs), as well as internal teams like Customer Services and Finance, to provide a seamless client experience.
Represent Rightmove: Be a positive ambassador for our values, taking accountability for self‑development and supporting your colleagues at regional and national meetings.
Drive results: Overachieve on KPIs and revenue targets through persuasive, relationship‑driven face‑to‑face activity that adds measurable value for your clients.
