Fulcrum Lifting, LLC is looking for a Full‑Time Sales Product Specialist. The successful candidate will focus on new opportunities and manage existing customer accounts to achieve annual sales objectives. The role involves working with customers, sales, and production teams to provide outstanding service and meet customer needs. The specialist will develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Fulcrum Lifting’s products and rigging applications, identify leads, manage prospects, and build a robust sales pipeline. Other duties
Target and acquire new business accounts, particularly in the manufacturing and industrial markets. Monitor trends in customers’ business activities and communicate findings to management in a timely manner. Serve as an industry “expert” or consultant for the customer to engage and sell products. Analyze rigging applications as needed and assist with inspections when required. Assist or directly lead the training of customers. Carry out necessary administrative duties for effective sales management, including CRM software, expense forms, etc. Core Values
