Manufacturing Engineering

(m/f/d) ________________________________ Place: EMEA remote Type: Full-Time Level: Senior You will make an impact in the following way: Develop a five-year roadmap to transform conventional production lines into fully or partially unmanned operations Plan and execute the systematic replacement of manual involvement in safety- and ergonomics-critical tasks with robotic solutions Drive gross margin improvement through the automation of production lines and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by upgrading and modernizing equipment Lead the digital transformation of the Belden Production System to enable data-driven operations and continuous improvement Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of cost savings through Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives Ensure all new product designs comply with design-for-manufacturing principles optimized for automated production environments What you will bring: Education – Engineering degree with a focus on manufacturing or automation technologies Experience – 10+ years of experience in implementing advanced manufacturing and automation strategies, 5+ years in a leadership role Knowledge & skills – Strong expertise in robotics, process optimization, lean manufacturing and digital manufacturing systems Personality – Strategic, analytical, and highly driven to achieve operational excellence, strong global leadership and communication skills, effectively managing cross-functional teams and providing clear, data-driven reports to senior leadership Language proficiency – Fluent in English with strong communication skills across technical and executive levels Let’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.
