Job Purpose The Fuel Nozzle & Accessories Technician will work in the Fuel Nozzle and Accessory Shop, effectively providing maintenance, repair and overhaul services to Accessories and Fuel Nozzles used on the PT6A/PT6T turbine engine series. This includes disassembly, cleaning, evaluation, repair and assembly of these turbine engine parts. The position will also provide direct support to the Engine Shop as required.
Essential Job Functions
Operate hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments necessary to perform job assignments.
Read and follow specific directions.
Disassemble small components, clean, inspect and reassemble.
Analyze results of specific processes and record results.
Marginal Job Functions
Good computer skills with ability in Microsoft Excel and Quantum Control.
Ability to regularly exercise sound judgment.
Organizational and interpersonal skills.

Safety Requirements
Participate in and support safety initiatives, safe work practices and compliance.
Immediately report hazards, unsafe work practices and accidents/injuries.
Follow all safety rules, FAA regulations, PPE compliance and equipment operation requirements.
Working Conditions Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods, frequent walking, bending, reaching to shoulder level, occasional squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive hand movement, eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity, corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated: Operate hand tooling, flow benches, office machines and equipment.
Work Location: PAG facility location 3130 N Oakland, Suite 104, Mesa, AZ 85215.
Protective Equipment Required: Safety glasses, hearing protection, rubber gloves, liquid proof apron and other items as required.
Potential Hazards: Exposure to materials identified on Material Safety Data Sheets.

Education/Training High School graduate required; trade school with Airframe and/or Powerplant certification or military aerospace maintenance training at an MRO level preferred.
Experience At least one year of related experience in Aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul.
Certificates/Licenses FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant certification or FAA Repairman’s certification preferred.
Other Other duties may be assigned to support other departments, personnel or projects.
