Job Purpose The Trade Compliance Admin supports the Trade Compliance Officer by providing transactional support for import/export compliance, ensuring cross-border efficiency while adhering to global trade standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Essential Job Functions
Collaborate with global sales and logistics teams to secure timely approval of export requests.
Prepare ITNs via the ACE portal when required and ensure documents are delivered to the logistics team at the Atlanta site.
Follow up with forwarders on shipments requiring an ITN.
Update end-user and exchange agreements for the sales team.
Enter ECCN and HTS codes in Pentagon.
Working Conditions
Physical Demands:
Requires prolonged sitting or standing, frequent walking, bending, reaching, and occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds. Involves repetitive hand movements, eye-hand coordination, and manual dexterity. Corrected vision and hearing are necessary.
Equipment Operated:
Must be able to operate office machines and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Work Location:
PAG Office on Lake Mirror Road, Atlanta, GA.
