Location & Hours Colmar, PA serving Central Bucks and North Penn School Districts.
Hours: Monday‑Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Compensation & Benefits
$32.00‑$42.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications (not flat‑rate)
ASE incentives: $0.25 hr. for 1 & 2 ASE, $0.50 hr. for 3 & 4 ASE, $0.075 for other ASE (training materials and exams paid)
Annual allowances for boots and prescription safety glasses
State‑of‑the‑art training programs

Role Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, transmissions
Complete work orders
Assist with mobile emergency services
Use diagnostic skills to troubleshoot issues needing repair work
Qualifications
3–5 years experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles
Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a CDL (training provided)
Mechanic's tool set
Interest in growing, learning, and developing skillset through ASE testing
Willingness to work in a position that meaningfully impacts the community
Candidate Encouragement
No college degree required
Military experience encouraged
Returning to the workforce welcomed
