Pay Details
Base salary: $55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr
Potential first‑year total compensation: $55k – $75k, with base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions.
Top performers may earn over $100k in their first year.
Job Description We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in the Blacksburg, Lynchburg, Williamsburg, Charlottesville and Richmond, VA areas. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in‑person relationship building in the community. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
Previous employment in a sales role turning prospects into customers.

State insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support in Property & Casualty and Life.

Well‑developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
Great interpersonal skills, proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base.
