We are seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in our Charlotte, NC office. This is an in‑office, client‑facing role focused on building strong local relationships and in‑person relationship building in the community. Please note: This is not a remote position. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.

Pay Details

Base pay range: $32,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr

Typical training salary: $50k – $60k

First‑year total compensation ranges: $55k – $75k (through combination of base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions)

Potential for top performers to earn over $100k in their first year

Qualifications

Previous sales experience turning prospects into customers.

State insurance license (or willing to obtain prior to starting in Property & Casualty and Life).

Required Skills

Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Well‑developed persuasion and negotiation skills.

Great interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.

Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base.
