Base Pay Range $32,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Description We are seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Greenville, SC. This is an in‑office, client‑facing role focused on building strong local relationships and in‑person relationship building in the community.
Please note: This is not a remote position. You must have active Property & Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.
Compensation
Training salary: $50,000–$60,000
$1,000 professional start bonus
Total first‑year compensation typically ranges from $55,000–$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions)
Top performers have the potential to earn $100,000+ in their first year

Qualifications Preferred Experience
Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers.
A state insurance license—or willing to obtain prior to starting in Property & Casualty, and Life.

Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
Effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base
