Position Summary

Leasing Consultant – responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Property leasing and administration; regularly attend on‑site and greate, qualify and tour prospective residents. Conduct all functions necessary to close leases, including appointment scheduling, generating leads, tours, model unit maintenance, and follow‑up. Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in and assist with lease audits, walk‑throughs, and turn‑over processes. Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours. Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. Perform administrative tasks as needed. Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction. Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.). Contribute to the upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model units. Assist with marketing & outreach: implement annual marketing plans, complete market surveys, and formulate strategies. Manage customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and ensure consistency in dealing with residents. Enforce community policies as delegated by the immediate supervisor. Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills and familiarity with on‑site software functions. Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements

Regular movement, hand and wrist motions, and frequent use of ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and stepping stools. Standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Occasional lifting or moving objects up to 25 lbs., operating machinery or vehicles, working overtime, weekends, and night hours, in various weather conditions and environments, including confined spaces and exposure to hazardous chemicals. Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $19 per hour to $22 per hour. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance; 401(k) with employer matching; commission and performance bonuses (when applicable). Paid sick days and company holidays for full‑time employees. Job Details
