North Star Resource Group is looking for a candidate for a Financial Advisor position in Austin, TX, committed to serving others and making an impact. Candidates will receive mentorship from an experienced financial advisor and partake in a comprehensive onboarding and development process.

Responsibilities Develop a client‑centered advisory practice through relationship building and sales, marketing, and business development activities.
Meet and exceed client goals while maintaining ethical standards in financial planning and advisory.
Complete required licensing (Series 7, 66, Life/Health) or obtain sponsorship and pass exams with support from the organization.
Work directly with a Senior Advisor who provides mentorship throughout the role.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 year of post‑graduate work experience
Incredible sense of urgency & high motivation
Desire to help people, build ownership over work, and overcome obstacles
Motivation to succeed and meet sales and marketing targets
Fully licensed/registered (Series 7, 66, Life/Health) – sponsorship available if needed
