Teller Retail Banker – Woodforest National Bank

Job Summary Branch Banking – Full‑time position located on Texas • Humble (Atascocita Walmart-0207).
Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services that benefit customers.
Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
Perform branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of ATMs.
Use problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in line with Woodforest Experience training.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
3 years of relevant, transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; or
Associate’s degree plus 1 year of relevant, transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; or
Bachelor’s degree.
Previous in‑store banking experience preferred, but not required.
Must be positive and engaging.
Formal Education & Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Additional Details
Work status: Full‑time.
Supervisory responsibility: None.
Travel: Little to no overnight travel; occasional coverage up to 45 miles.
Working conditions: Standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
