Top 100 ranked U.S. insurance broker.

Requirements

Manage a book of Insurance business.

Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs.

Collect and analyze client information.

Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner.

Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed.

Achieves established sales goals.

Provides marketing expertise.

Provides networking opportunities.

All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Strong Organizational skills.

Required

Active property and casualty license.

2 – 5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience

Experience Cross-selling and Upselling.

College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Insurance sales experience.
