Personal Lines Account Manager – King Risk Partners
Full-time position. Candidates must have an active P&C license and experience with AMS360.
Responsibilities
Manage a book of insurance business.
Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs regarding coverage and costs.
Collect and analyze client information.
Regularly interact with clients in a professional and timely manner.
Assist producers for new and existing clients as needed.
Achieve established sales goals.
Provide marketing expertise.
Provide networking opportunities.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Requirements
Active property and casualty license.
2–5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience.
Experience in cross‑selling and upselling.
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Insurance sales experience.
