Strategic Account Executive (SAE)
The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share expansion across Regal Rexnord's global OEM accounts by developing and executing strategic sales plans. This role serves as the primary owner of customer relationships, managing expectations and aligning internal stakeholders to deliver on complex initiatives. Success requires proven experience in power transmission or industrial sales, combined with a strong background in OEM account management, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration. The SAE acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging industry expertise to influence strategic decisions and position Regal Rexnord as a preferred partner in the global marketplace. Responsibilities: Own the global sales strategy and execution for Regal Rexnord's OEM strategic accounts. Develop a strong technical understanding of products, customer applications, and regional requirements. Align selling strategies with customers' global initiatives and long-term goals. Identify product gaps and promote new product development ideas, serving as an industry expert. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless execution and drive account strategies to local and field sales teams. Partner with Business Unit Leadership and Engineering Management to execute industry and brand promotion strategies. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Leverage e-commerce tools to address customer priorities and uncover new opportunities. Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and report on key metrics. Anticipate competitive global trends and economic conditions, creating strategies to address challenges. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience with OEM sales and strategic accounts. 10+ years powertrain or industrial sales preferred, mining experience preferred. Willingness to travel estimated 50% including international travel. Compensation Details: $125K - $175K+ 30% SICP bonus The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
