Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join our fast-paced warehouse in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of our logistics operations. You will use pick lists or scanners to locate items, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are gathered for each order. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment. We prioritize safety and provide all necessary training and PPE.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
• Use of RF scanners or pick lists to identify and locate products.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy before preparing for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Participate in ongoing training related to warehouse operations and logistics.
• Handle tasks requiring moderate Lifting and movement throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand pick lists and item descriptions.
• Proficiency with RF scanners is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and bending.
• Strong commitment to Safety and following instructions.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
