Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are seeking diligent Order Pickers to become an integral part of our busy warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving items to fulfill customer orders. Utilizing advanced scanning technology and working with a diverse range of products, you will play a crucial part in our daily logistics operations. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and detailed pick lists.
• Locate products within the warehouse efficiently and systematically.
• Package picked items securely and prepare them for shipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
• Transport items to packing and shipping areas using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow all company safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock rotation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily picking targets.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Familiarity with warehouse logistics and scanning technology.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
