Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, or other provided technology.
- Retrieve items from designated warehouse locations, ensuring correct quantities and product types.
- Verify picked items against order details to minimize errors.
- Transport picked items to the packing station or staging area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or order pickers when required.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items immediately.
- Ensure proper use of all required PPE .
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse picking role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order details.
- Proficiency with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with Lifting and moving products weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and warehouse operations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
