Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick tickets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items at the designated packing or shipping locations.
- Maintain productivity targets while upholding quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse duties, such as stocking or cycle counting, as directed.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations through accurate and timely order picking.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
