Job Summary:
We are hiring an Order Picker in sunny Jacksonville, Florida! This critical role involves accurately selecting and preparing items for customer orders. You will navigate our warehouse using RF scanners and pick lists, ensuring that the correct products are gathered for shipment. Efficiency and accuracy are key to this position, as you'll be directly impacting customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include maintaining optimal inventory levels through accurate picking and contributing to the overall organization of the warehouse. This is a physically demanding role, requiring consistent physical exertion, including considerable Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for prolonged periods. Our logistics operations depend on the diligence of our order pickers. We maintain a strong focus on Safety, and adherence to all company policies, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is strictly enforced. - Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verify product information and quantities.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Follow all Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Meet daily picking quotas and quality standards.
