Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order instructions or scanning devices.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the designated packing or staging area.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work path.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items to a supervisor.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks as needed.
- Follow all warehouse Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times while on duty.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as required.
- Assist in maintaining the overall productivity of the logistics hub.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate physical exertion, including occasional Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand product labels and order information.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adhering to all guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
