Responsibilities:

• Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
• Verify item numbers and quantities before picking.
• Package picked items securely for shipment.
• Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.
• Keep picking areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
• Ensure appropriate use of PPE at all times.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Previous order picking or warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety and procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
