Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Order Picker for our facility in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, directly impacting our customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving items from warehouse stock, preparing them for shipment. • Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order details provided by RF scanners or pick lists.
• Verify picked items for correctness in type and quantity.
• Package picked items securely and appropriately for transit.
• Stage orders for consolidation and shipping.
• Conduct basic quality checks on picked items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-compliant work area.
• Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment as needed.
• Assist with inventory tasks, such as cycle counts, as required.
• Strictly adhere to all **PPE** requirements and warehouse **safety** protocols.
• Perform **lifting** of items up to 40 lbs to access products on various shelf levels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
• Capable of **lifting** up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Understanding of warehouse **safety** standards and **PPE** usage.
