Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order requirements using RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order slips for accuracy.
- Package picked items securely for shipment.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking or cycle counting.
- Perform **lifting** of products weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our **logistics** operations.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and RF scanner instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to perform **lifting** of up to 40 lbs regularly.
