Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists or RF scanner prompts.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack picked items carefully into containers for shipment.
- Stage orders for shipping and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 30 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
