Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners or pick lists to identify and retrieve products.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of picked items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests.
