Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners and pick lists to locate products.
- Verify product details and quantities before confirming picks.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items.
- Operate pallet jacks and other light equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of Lifting items up to 35 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
