Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated locations using provided order information.
- Scan items to confirm picks and update inventory records in real-time.
- Ensure picked items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Stage picked orders in the designated area for packing or shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and assigned warehouse sections.
- Strictly follow all company Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to a supervisor.
- Must be able to perform lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to read and understand order details accurately.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all logistics procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Team player with good communication skills.
