Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Use RF scanning devices to track picked items and update inventory records.
- Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandated use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed individual and team picking performance goals.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Proficient in basic math skills.
- Capable of Lifting and moving items weighing up to 45 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
