Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate and verify product information.
- Ensure the correct quantity and type of items are picked for each order.
- Package picked items securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform inventory counts and checks as needed.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology is beneficial.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, typically up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety is essential.
- Must wear provided PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics principles.
