Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy before packing.
- Stage picked items for consolidation and packing.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and fulfillment processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and occasional overtime.
