Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelving.
- Verify product identification and quantities against order requirements.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Familiarity with RF scanning equipment is beneficial.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods and perform frequent bending and reaching.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
