Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Locate products within the warehouse according to specific order requirements.
- Ensure all picked items are in good condition and properly handled to prevent damage.
- Stage orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and engage in frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology is beneficial.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
- Commitment to a safe working environment and adherence to all logistics safety guidelines.
