Our client is a small community hospital that has an Immediate opening for a Facilities Director.
Responsibilities
Directs an organization's facilities department and Security. Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators. May manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds. Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement.
The engagement will be minimum 90 days with a mutual option to renew.
