About the Role:
As Senior Director, Brand Partnerships focused primarily on Pharma, you will be responsible for securing new business and retaining existing clients. Your core mandate is to drive revenue by delivering strategic, insight‑led solutions that strengthen our brands and support our business goals. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Brand Partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic storyteller, trusted advisor, and creative dealmaker who thrives at the intersection of culture, content, and commerce. You bring strategic acumen to design large‑scale, multi‑channel partnerships and operational rigor to flawlessly deliver them.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close high‑value partnerships that align with company growth objectives.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on Pharma along with other verticals.
- Oversee the full sales cycle — from prospecting to contract negotiation — ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal capabilities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through a mix of new business and account expansion.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts, maintain CRM discipline, and share actionable insights with leadership.
- A consultative seller with senior‑level relationships within brand and agency partners, translating their marketing challenges into integrated partnership solutions.
- Leader of key accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and multi‑year partnerships.
- Closely partner with internal teams (Planning/Operations, Client Solutions, Studio/Creative, Research) to build best‑in‑class proposals and ensure seamless execution of all campaigns.
- Oversee campaign delivery and performance, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and measurable results.
- Stay ahead of trends in media, marketing, and technology to inform partnership strategy and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of experience in media sales, branded content, or integrated partnerships.
- Proven experience in Pharma is required; Tech and Telco a plus.
- Strong network of senior relationships within brand and agency communities.
- Successfully lead strategic partnerships across multiple channels (digital, experiential, social, content, talent, etc.).
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and inspire confidence at the executive level.
- Well versed in CRM and pipeline management tools (e.g., Boostr, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $160,000. The base salary structure is determined on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and geography.
