Cybersecurity GRC Associate – Boston (Hybrid)

We’re hiring an Associate to support cyber governance, risk, and compliance for a global investment firm. This role offers direct exposure to C-level leadership and cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Security Operations.
What you’ll do:
- Help shape and maintain cybersecurity policies and frameworks
- Support global IT risk assessments and compliance reviews
- Track risk metrics and report to internal stakeholders
- Liaise with teams across legal, vendor management, and enterprise risk
- Assist in audits and help prepare quarterly security updates for leadership
What’ll bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience in GRC, cyber, or risk (ideally in financial services)
- Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
- Interest in evolving cyber threats and regulatory trends
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, InfoSec, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Willing to obtain a CGRC (Certified in Governance, Risk & Compliance) within the first year
