About the job

As aPartner Manager , you will be managing a portfolio ofOdoo Partners . Your main role will be to make your Partnersgrow andexpand their Odoo customer base.

Our partners areERP integrators and IT companies thatinclude Odoo in their solutions portfolio. As the partner’smain point of contact , you’llcoach them on best practices regarding theirbusiness strategy ,implementation methodology , anddrive their growth throughout the partnership journey.

On top of that, you’ll also be in contact with a large diversity ofprospects , from SMEs to large enterprises. You’llqualify their needs,deliver customized product demos, and act as amatchmaker by pairing them with the most suitable partner.

  • Real responsibilities from day 1
  • Master Odoo’s features and become outstanding at convincing prospects
  • Work closely with Partners of all sizes and maturity
  • Develop and share your expertise across multiple areas, including marketing, sales, and project implementation
  • Each Partner is unique. You’ll need to be proactive and think creatively to reach your goals
  • We expect you to challenge your Partners and play a key role in their growth

Responsibilities

  • Act as business coach. You'll have an impact across all areas on your partner's business.You can findthe list of our partners by countryHERE
  • Onboard new Odoo Partners, and create action plans to make existing partners grow. Partners managers can define the path of their partners success themselves
  • Establish long term win-win relationships with your partner portfolio
  • Work on inbound leads, and manage the full sales cycle: qualify customer needs, convince them with tailored demos, negotiate pricing
  • Connect customers with the right Odoo Partner and close the deal

About you

Must have

  • Business Master Degree
  • Arabic + English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. “It is not my job” is not part of your vocabulary
  • Passionate about sales, you like to convince, negotiate and achieve targets. You don’t take no for an answer
  • You enjoy taking initiatives to help the team, your partners and customers, you thrive in an autonomous environment
  • Work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or technology

Full-time CDI

A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
