Director, Strategy

Our client, a leading healthcare services company in the value-based care space, is seeking a Director of Strategy. This individual will work with executive leadership to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across the business and operationalize them.

The ideal candidate will have eight to 10 years of total experience, including at least two to four years in strategy consulting at a top-tier firm. Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.

Hiring with a long-term vision means finding candidates who can achieve near-term goals while growing alongside the business. Financial leaders should be able to show up, communicate with clarity and operate cross-functionally to inspire confidence.
