Skills:
- Review and evaluate bid invitations for strategic fit and feasibility
- Manage end-to-end bid process: from pre-bid meetings to submission
- Lead estimating teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Prepare high-quality proposals, RFPs, and tender packages
- Engage subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor market activity and maintain a healthy bid pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in Cabling
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and contract structures
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
