BPX is an innovative IT company helping businesses succeed. We're expanding across USA, and we need a talented Sales Specialist to join our team.

Your main responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Build pipeline: Leverage powerful tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage high-potential clients across USA.
  • Prospecting and Initial Contact: Conduct extensive research to understand the target market and engage in initial contact.
  • Analyze data & optimize performance: Track key metrics, report on progress, and propose solutions to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
  • Be a self-starter & problem-solver: Do well in a startup by spotting and fixing problems quickly and cleverly.

What are we looking for

You're a Perfect Fit If:

  • You have a minimum experience in B2B sales, within the IT consulting industry (ERP segment preferably).
  • You possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • You excel at leveraging prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You're a strategic thinker who can analyze data, draw insights, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, embracing challenges with a proactive and independent approach.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You are based in Chicago for occasional on-site work.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
