Your main responsibilities
What You'll Do: Build pipeline:
Leverage powerful tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage high-potential clients across USA. Prospecting and Initial Contact:
Conduct extensive research to understand the target market and engage in initial contact. Analyze data & optimize performance:
Track key metrics, report on progress, and propose solutions to continuously improve sales effectiveness. Be a self-starter & problem-solver:
Do well in a startup by spotting and fixing problems quickly and cleverly. What are we looking for
You're a Perfect Fit If: You have a minimum experience in B2B sales, within the
IT consulting industry
(ERP segment preferably). You possess a
proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You excel at leveraging prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You're a strategic thinker who can analyze data, draw insights, and translate them into actionable plans. You thrive in dynamic environments, embracing challenges with a proactive and independent approach. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You are based in Chicago for occasional on-site work.
