Division: Urology Therapeutic Areas: Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) & Overactive Bladder (OAB) Reporting To: DGM - Marketing Full time

Synopisis: The incumbent will lead the strategic and operational management of 1st priority brand in the BPH portfolio and the 2nd priority brand in the OAB portfolio . This role demands high ownership, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of the urology market to drive brand growth, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.

Brand Leadership

Steer the strategic direction and execution of high-priority brands in BPH and OAB.

Develop and implement operational and strategic brand plans , aligned with business objectives.

Innovation & Lifecycle Management

Lead the innovation agenda from ideation to launch in line with brand strategy.

Drive lifecycle management initiatives including line extensions and new indications.

Stakeholder Engagement

Gain buy-in from internal teams and external stakeholders including KOLs/KBLs.

Build and execute a robust KOL/KBL engagement plan to enhance brand equity.

Marketing Execution

Ensure timely rollout of HCP-focused brand plans as per the annual calendar.

Oversee development of promotional materials and campaigns across channels.

Performance Monitoring

Track brand performance using internal and external data matrices.

Identify opportunities and challenges, and implement corrective action plans .

Own the brand P&L , ensuring profitability and budget adherence.

Liaise with finance, supply chain, and other stakeholders for seamless operations.

Campaign Analytics

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.

Assess ROI and KPIs to optimize future initiatives.

Work Experience

MBA or equivalent in Marketing. Bachelors or Masters in any of the Life Sciences disciplines

8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, preferably in urology or specialty care.

Proven success in managing high-priority brands and launching new products.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Education

Graduation in Pharmacy or Chemistry

Masters in Business Management or Marketing
