We are supporting a leading organization in the automotive/technology space in identifying a Product Strategy Director to shape long-term product and capability strategy. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role with strong executive exposure and influence across a complex enterprise.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product strategy, corporate strategy, or top-tier strategy consulting
- Proven ability to develop long-term strategies and turn vision into actionable execution plans
- Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen ; experience with structured problem-solving frameworks
- Product mindset with the ability to write and guide product strategies (not purely high-level strategy)
- Experience influencing senior leaders across matrixed organizations
- Comfortable partnering with technology and architecture teams
- Automotive, technology, or consulting background preferred
