Job Description
This role will provide strategic leadership and oversight of X‑energy’s IT project management function within the IT‑PMO, IT Governance, and IT Quality teams. The Director will:
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of the company’s IT project portfolio while maintaining alignment with established governance frameworks and quality standards.
- Lead a team of IT Project Managers, establishing project‑management methodologies and governance frameworks that align project initiatives with X‑energy’s strategic objectives.
- Serve as the primary interface between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and the PMO and Quality organization to drive operational excellence, resource optimization, and successful project outcomes.
