My locally-based investment management client in Boston is seeking a Director / VP level resource to manage its operational infrastructure, trust accounting, administrative functions, and final sign off for finance. This has the career path to become the CFO.
Qualified applicants must hold US Citizen or Green Card status, and be comfortable commuting into the Boston office 2-3x per week.
Applicants must have:
- 10+ years of experience within investment/asset management, preferably at a small to mid‑size office
- Extensive background within operational infrastructure, trust accounting, and administrative functions
- Deep knowledge of trust accounting
Compensation is up to $250K + sizable bonus.
