Human Resources | Team Lead - Recruitment (Global) – TRUGlobal (Mexico, South Africa, KSA, USA, IND)
Base pay range: $230.00/yr - $240.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Expand accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic growth programs.
- Build strong CXO/VP-level relationships across enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for new logos (NN) and existing accounts (EN) in the USA.
- Partner with delivery/solution teams to ensure client success and seamless execution.
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and forums.
- Mentor and develop high‑performing sales & customer success teams.
- Support Account Manager & Account Delivery Head with EE & EN business.
Required Background
- Transitioned into business/sales leadership roles: BDM, Sales Director, VP Sales, or equivalent.
- Strong hands‑on background in IT Services including Cloud, Infrastructure, AI/Analytics, ERP, CRM, Security, and Digital Services.
- Proven ability to manage and influence CXO/VP‑level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of executing GTM strategies in the USA market.
Experience & Stability
12–18 years of experience in IT services. Last company tenure minimum 2 years, average career tenure 3+ years.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
