This role involves spending time working at a designated club to improve sales, overall processes and develop and lead a team of leaders to do the same. Candidates must have great people skills, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results. Responsibilities
The following are key responsibilities for this role:

- Building and equipment maintenance and safety -- including training of CPR and AED
- Overall operations of club
Accountabilities
The General Manager will be accountable for:
- Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
- Payroll Budget
- Employee training, coaching, success and problem resolution
- Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
- Fitness Sales Pipeline
- Employee and member safety

Other Requirements

- Must successfully pass Background Check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
