We are seeking a highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role as General Manager to join our team! This is a great position for someone who loves sales and is passionate about helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals.

This role involves spending time working at a designated club to improve sales, overall processes and develop and lead a team of leaders to do the same. Candidates must have great people skills, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results. An ideal candidate must have a passion for fitness, demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results and motivating clients.

Departments and Position Purpose

Departments : Operations and Sales

Position Purpose : Develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experience and hits business objectives.

Core Purpose : To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Responsibilities

The following are key responsibilities for this role:

  • Employee behavior and success
  • Club cleanliness
  • Building and equipment maintenance and safety -- including training of CPR and AED
  • Overall operations of club

Accountabilities

The General Manager will be accountable for:

  • Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
  • Payroll Budget
  • Employee training, coaching, success and problem resolution
  • Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
  • Fitness Sales Pipeline
  • Employee and member safety

  • Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early-mornings, afternoons, evenings and late-night shifts.
  • Must be extremely organized.
  • Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast pace and demanding work environment.
  • Comfortable with a computer/technology, ability to quickly shift focus.

Other Requirements

In addition to the above, candidates must:

  • Must successfully pass Background Check.
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
