Opportunity – Lead the Asset Management function for a growing portfolio of housing community assets. Mentoring and coaching several associates on the team.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of post-graduate professional experience within Real Estate asset management
- Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, real estate, or another quantitative field with a competitive GPA
- Experience within Multi-Family, Senior Housing, Student Housing, Manufactured Housing, or Affordable Housing assets
